Red Curry Milk

Rød Karry Mylk

A warm and spicy plant-based broth with coconut, chili, ginger and red curry – packed with flavor and depth. Perfect as a base for a vegan red curry dish or as an aromatic twist in your cooking.


🛒 Ingredients

  • 1200ml water
  • 75g coconut flakes
  • 40 g red lentils
  • 2-3 red chilies (halved, seeds removed)
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 2 tbsp red curry paste
  • A pinch of salt

🥄 Procedure

Pour water into the Plant Milker container.

Halve the chilies and remove the seeds. Peel and finely chop the ginger.

Fill the filter basket with coconut flakes, lentils, chili, ginger, curry paste and salt in the filter basket. .

Select the warm program and let the machine do the work.

Use the hot broth directly as a base in curries, soups, stir-fry dishes or over noodles.

When you make something with curry or strong spices, you should always run the cleaning program afterwards . This removes color, oil and flavor so that the next milk doesn't taste like chili.
