A sweet, crunchy topping made from almond pulp – perfect for sprinkling over porridge, yoghurt or desserts. An easy and delicious way to recycle your plant pulp from PlanteMalkeren.

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 filter basket almond pulp (from PlanteMalkeren)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 3 tablespoons cane sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • A pinch of salt

🥄 Procedure

Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan).

Stir all ingredients together in a bowl until the pulp is evenly coated with sugar and oil.

Spread the mixture out in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until crisp and lightly golden, stirring halfway through.

Let it cool completely and store in an airtight container.
