White chocolate milk

A silky and sweet plant-based milk with a white chocolate flavor – completely dairy-free. Perfect as a dessert drink, with coffee or when you just want to treat yourself. Made easily in the PlanteMalkeren.

🛒 Ingredients (for approx. 5-6 cups)

• 5 cups water
• ½ cup unsalted cashews
• 1-2 tablespoons cocoa butter (food-safe)
• 1-2 dates (optional, for sweetness)
• ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
• A pinch of salt

🥄 Procedure

Pour water into the Plant Milker container.

Place cashews, cocoa butter, dates, vanilla and salt in the filter basket. Assemble, close and press start.

When the process is complete, you have a warm, creamy and luxurious milk with the taste of real white chocolate.

Serve it warm in a cup – or chilled with ice cubes as a sweet treat.
