A combination of oats and almonds provides both fullness, creaminess and good fatty acids – without the milk becoming too “heavy”.
🛒 Ingredients
- 1.2 liters of ice-cold water
- 40 g oatmeal (preferably rinsed in cold water before use)
- 60 g almonds (can be blanched for a milder taste)
- 2 pitted dates
- 1 tsp cold-pressed coconut oil
- ½ teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1 pinch of sea salt
🥄 Procedure
Rinse the oatmeal quickly in a sieve under ice cold water to reduce the slimy texture.
Place almonds, rinsed oats, dates, vanilla and salt in the filter basket.
Fill the container with ice-cold water.
Select cold program and press start.
When the program is finished, pour the finished milk into a bottle or glass.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days. Remember to shake before use.
