🛒 Ingredients (for approx. 5-6 cups)
- 5 cups water
- ½ cup dried, soaked soybeans
- 1-2 dates (optional, for sweetness)
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- A pinch of salt
Tip: Soybeans should be soaked in water for at least 8 hours (or overnight) before using.
🥄 Procedure
Pour water into the Plant Milker container.
Place soaked soybeans, dates, vanilla and salt in the filter basket. Fit and close the lid.
Press start. When the process is complete, you have freshly made, rich and slightly nutty soy milk – ready to use.
Enjoy it hot or cold – or use it in your favorite recipes.
