A creamy, nutty mylk made with pistachios, perfect for coffee, smoothies or as a delicious drink on its own.
Pistachios are rich in healthy fatty acids, protein, vitamin B6 and antioxidants. By making your own Mylk you get maximum freshness and no additives.
🛒 Ingredients
- 1.2 liters of water
- 120g unsalted pistachios (shelled)
- 1-2 dates
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla powder (optional)
- A pinch of salt
🥄 Procedure
Pour water into the Plant Milker container.
Place pistachios, dates, vanilla and salt in the filter basket.
Make it on the cold program.
When the process is complete, you have an elegant, light green milk with a mild, nutty flavor and velvety texture.
