Hazelnut milk

A round and roasted plant-based milk with the rich flavor of hazelnuts, perfect for coffee, smoothies or as a base for hot drinks. Made quickly and easily with the PlanteMalkeren.

🛒 Ingredients

• 1.2 liters of water
• 100 g unsalted hazelnuts
• 2-3 dates (optional, for sweetness)
• ¼ teaspoon vanilla powder (optional)
• A pinch of salt

🥄 Procedure

Pour water into the Plant Milker container.

Place hazelnuts, dates, vanilla and salt in the filter basket. Secure it and close the lid.

Select the cold program, press start and the PlanteMalkeren will do the rest.

When the milk is ready, enjoy it warm with a sprinkle of cocoa, or cold over breakfast and in baked goods.
